"Prestwich Living", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Prestwich Living, a trading name of Ilić McFarlane Property Trading Ltd (Company number 15241003), registered in the United Kingdom. "Services" refers to the accommodation booking services provided through our website. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our Services.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3.3. A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.

3.4. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received or if fraud is suspected.

3.5. For long-term bookings, we will charge a fully refundable 250 GBP damage deposit, to be paid prior to check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellations made more than 28 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus processing fees.

4.2. Cancellations made 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund minus processing fees.

4.3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

4.4. We reserve the right to modify these cancellation terms for specific properties or seasons.

5. House Rules

5.1. Guests must comply with all house rules provided before or during their stay.

5.2. Smoking is prohibited in all our properties.

5.3. Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties with prior approval.

5.4. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

6. Liability

6.1. Prestwich Living is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

6.2. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.

6.3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our properties.

7. Privacy

7.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
