All guests are required to agree to these Terms and Conditions. Guests will be asked to sign a document confirming their acceptance before their booking is confirmed. If a guest refuses to sign, they will not be entitled to a refund.

Prestwich Living reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website and services for users who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

When making a payment, you may be redirected to the respective provider’s site, where their terms and conditions and privacy policies will apply. Prestwich Living is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions with these providers.
In delivering our services, we may use third-party software and services to enhance user experience and functionality, including but not limited to booking systems, customer communication tools, and property management platforms. By using our services, you agree to these integrations as necessary for fulfilling your booking and communication needs.
Our website offers other language versions through machine translation for the convenience of our international guests. Please note that these translations may contain inaccuracies, and we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes or misunderstandings that arise due to machine translation errors. For legal purposes, the English version of our website and Terms and Conditions is the definitive version. All interpretations and disputes shall be governed by the English version and the laws of England and Wales.
The following Terms of Stay apply to all guests booking accommodations through Prestwich Living:
The property is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Guests must vacate the property by 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the host. Guests may be required to confirm their identity at check-in by providing their booking reference and a valid passport, identity card, or driving licence.
Guests are strictly prohibited from smoking inside the property. Smoking indoors will result in a £150 fine, which will be automatically charged to the card details provided for the security deposit.
The possession and use of any drugs in the property are strictly forbidden. Any guests in breach of this rule will be removed from the property immediately and fined £300, which will be automatically charged to the card details provided for the security deposit.
Guests are not permitted to host any parties or events inside the property. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a £250 fine, which will be automatically charged to the card details provided for the security deposit.
Guests are not permitted to bring pets or allow pets into the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a £150 fine, which will be automatically charged to the card details provided for the security deposit.
We reserve the right, and guests hereby authorize us, to charge the credit or debit card on file for any damage incurred to the property during the stay. This includes, but is not limited to, specialist cleaning and any missing or damaged items at the end of the stay.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to adhere to our procedures and requests regarding respectful conduct toward the property. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, services, or to remove any guest from the property if, in our reasonable opinion, this provision has been breached.
Guests may not assign, sublet, charge, or share possession or occupation of the property, or any part of it, with others.
Guests agree to adhere to the number of occupants confirmed at the time of booking. If any changes to the number of guests are needed, guests must contact the host to make appropriate arrangements.
Prestwich Living is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or properties. This includes but is not limited to any interruptions or loss of data, revenue, or profit due to technical issues or inaccuracies in information provided on the site.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Prestwich Living or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
